Company, social activitys, help with shopping,let our children play together (I have twingirls soon 6 years old) so they can practice some swedish and make new friends. Try to help for not feeling alianated in this new different society. I imagine that just every day-activitys may be a help, just to be a fellow human beeing and show we care!
